MINDFUL MARTIAL ARTS

The mission of Mindful Martial Arts is to strengthen potentially vulnerable groups through the mindful use of martial arts.  Its aim is to provide education, knowledge and skill to empower women, children and families by bringing together mind, body, and spirit in aiding individuals and families in reaching their full potential.

Potential groups include but are not limited to:

- Developmentally-disabled children

- Children who are targets of bullying and those who bully.

- Women who require defensive skills

- Families who wish to strengthen their family ties and respect by reducing conflict

Mindful Martial Arts also promotes success and confidence for young children through anti-bullying and Stranger Danger programs.
